Can I return my order?
Plants are living products and may therefore not be returned or exchanged. Is the order incorrect or is something wrong? We will then do our best to resolve this as soon as possible. Please contact our customer service at
How do I return an item?
If there is something wrong with your product, please contact our customer service email@example.com. They will send you a return link so that you can receive the package free of charge can return to us.
When will I get my money back if I return something?
As soon as an item has been returned to us in good condition, the amount paid will be refunded to you. We work together with external payment companies. Refunds are usually made within one to fourteen days to the account you used to pay for your order
What can I do if my product has been delivered damaged?
We take all possible care when sending our products. Did your
- A photo of the outside of the package with the package label visible
- A photo of the opened package where the contents and the inner packaging in the package are clearly visible.
- A photo of the entire size of the product.
- A detail photo/close-up of the specific damage to the item.
Forward the photos to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive a substantive response from us within two working days of receipt of the complaint or question.
The glassware broke on the way. What now?
ATTENTION! We cannot take back products that have already been assembled, so pay close attention when unpacking for defects and report it to us immediately.
Despite our best efforts to package the glass as best as possible, it can unfortunately happen that glassware breaks en route and arrives broken. Send a photo of the damaged package quoting the order number to our customer service at email@example.com. You will receive a return link from us where you can return the package to us free of charge via a POSTNL point.
